This 90-minute workshop will explore the skills and competences needed in VET to support the green transition, with a particular focus on the often-overlooked connection between mental health, well-being and environmental sustainability. We will highlight why a supportive environment and practical methods that promote mental well-being are essential for enabling learners and educators to focus on sustainability and become active drivers of change. The workshop will present good practices, selected KA2 projects and concrete methods and tools that can be applied in VET sector. Participants will also have the opportunity to reflect on how these approaches can be integrated into their own educational practice.

Intercultural and communication competences are increasingly recognised as essential learning outcomes in education and international cooperation. However, making these competences visible and assessing them in a valid and meaningful way remains a challenge for many educational institutions. This session will explore current European perspectives on recognising, documenting and assessing these competences across VET education and international projects.
